This comprehensive training begins with 5+ hours of amazing interactive and recorded Online Education that you will complete independently at your own pace before your live online/virtual training begins. These lessons are required to teach and prepare you for hands-on applications at your live online/virtual training.

Your 4-day Remote Live Online Certification Training with our Certified Xtreme Lashes Trainers will focus on the techniques necessary to become a skilled Certified Xtreme Lashes Lash Stylist. You will be tested and certified at this training through the use of laptops/tablets and smartphones. We will guide you through this process to ensure you are successful.

After successfully completing the virtual training and becoming a Certified Xtreme Lashes Lash Stylist, you will have the opportunity to get listed on our Lash Stylist Directory™, bringing new clients to your lash studio or salon. Once certified and Directory listed, refine your skills, grow your business, and stay up to date with the latest techniques by enrolling in our Advanced Omni Volume® Certification Training, which is also offered at the Xtreme Lashes Academy of Lash Artistry®.

• Minimizing irritation by using the Xtreme Lashes Application Environmental System
• Achieving proper positioning and posture for both client and Lash Stylist
• Executing the complete Xtreme Lashes Cleansing & Priming process to prepare natural eyelashes for application
• Selecting and properly placing under eye patches to cover lower eyelashes
• Utilizing various eyelash extension curvatures and diameters in our specially designed Lash Trays & LashPaks™
• Measuring each client’s natural eyelashes to properly select the diameter, length, curvature, and lash type for each eyelash extension
• Properly utilizing the proprietary Lash Calculator® tool to safely select the appropriate eyelash extensions based on each model’s natural eyelash criteria and desired designs
• Demonstrating proper framing and design
• Demonstrating proper isolation

Complete the required Online Education prior to attending the 2-Day Xtreme LIVE Online™ Trainer-Led Omni Volume® Certification Training. Attend and meet the objectives of the 2-Day Xtreme LIVE Online™ Trainer-Led Omni Volume® Certification Training, during which you will complete a practical eyelash extension application, beginning with pre-application consultation and ending with thorough aftercare instructions. Students will demonstrate the following during their eyelash extension application(s):

• Conduct a thorough pre-application client consultation ending with a thorough aftercare demonstration
• Demonstrate the ability to properly measure the natural eyelash length and diameter and utilize the Lash Calculator® Tool to select the appropriate eyelash extensions for the model application
• Successfully implement & complete a well-balanced Advanced Omni Volume® Multi-Dimensional Frame and Design

• Achieve an overall evaluation score totaling 70 or above, demonstrating the understanding and ability to perform Classic Eyelash Extension application techniques through the Xtreme Lashes holistic application process and procedure.
